Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when it’s been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all Australian orders from Sydney, NSW.
Standard delivery times: 2–6 business days depending on your location.
Express delivery times: 1–3 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during selected promotions.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and courier availability. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to help you track your order and get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address or Lost Packages
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We can’t guarantee changes once your order has shipped.
